Charleston, SC – The Charleston Edge Collective, the official NIL Collective of the College of Charleston, is excited to announce The Edge Pledge, a new opportunity for Cougar fans to directly support CofC student-athletes while engaging with the teams they love.
With The Edge Pledge, fans can pledge a small contribution based on key game moments in Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting NIL opportunities for CofC student-athletes in those sports.
How It Works:
- Men’s Basketball: Pledge per 3-pointer or dunk made.
- Women’s Basketball: Pledge per win or rebound.
- Baseball: Pledge per home run or strikeout by a CofC pitcher.
- More sports coming soon!
“We wanted to create a simple and fun way for fans to show their support for our student-athletes,” said Tyler Jones, CEO of The Charleston Edge Collective. “The Edge Pledge allows fans to stay engaged with the game while contributing to meaningful opportunities that help our players succeed on and off the field.”
The Edge Pledge officially launches today as College of Charleston Baseball opens its season at home against VCU at 4 PM. Fans can sign up and start pledging at TheCharlestonEdge.com/Pledge.
